Hi everyone, today I’m taking care of all those tedious errands that have been accumulating on my to-do list. But while I’m out running around town, I’ll also be on the look-out for some pretty touches to add to a Valentine dinner that’s on the agenda.
How about you? Are you planning a cozy dinner for Valentine’s Day, or are you going out to a restaurant instead?
Either way, I thought I’d share a few lovely pictures just in case you need some ideas for sprucing up your table. Whatever you do, try to keep it easy and enjoyable.
How simple is this? Red tulips in glass vases paired with black and white. This is the time to bring out your red stemware from Christmas.
This is a striking combo. Deep amethyst paired with white, gold and black accents. For more ideas on this Valentine table you can click here.
Wow…look at all this red: the vases, votive candles, runner, chairs and Chinese lanterns.
How about a few red touches to your chandelier…
This is dramatic. A low centerpiece of lush flowers running down the table…
Plain white boxes dressed up with bows and flowers for a centerpiece…
A trail of confetti down the center of the table….
Little red love birds at each place setting…
And for that little extra touch, a decorated chair…
Animal prints and a blue color scheme for a refreshing change…
Paper flowers and strands of pearls…
And simple red rose petals and votive candles…
Whew, I hope this gives you some inspiration for your next special dinner.
Bye for now friends…
Leslie
