saying Hello with a smile
making time for contemplation
reading tiny stories that make you think, laugh and cry
white, chippy paint
being lost in a book
knowing what makes you happy
a cup of hot coffee on a winter morning…
Thank you to all of you who take time to visit me here and share your comments.
No matter how long I blog, I know I will never lose that sense of astonishment I feel when I click into my emails and see messages from readers. It’s pretty amazing.
And I’m so grateful for your kindness.

Can you believe it is February already, where did January go?!ReplyDelete
I love the positivity & happiness in this post....and can I just say how much I have been enjoying your blog recently, I sense a new style in your posts. Your writing, of course, is always brilliant.
Happy Week-end XX
Happy February Leslie!! Great post, I love the saying on that plaque!ReplyDelete
You write so beautifully and the photos are wonderful! Marilyn was such a beautiful woman and didn't do the typical Hollywood "starve to be thin" deal. Such a sad ending to a wonderful lady's life.ReplyDelete
Thanks for sharing ~
I feel the same way Leslie. The friendships that I have made through blogging are ones I will cherish for always. Love the photos and your words as always ~ happy weekend.ReplyDelete
I'll add... a kiss for someone you love, being kind and a genuine slow smile... and this post! xoReplyDelete
Love the dog photo and I want to have a sweet place setting like the one with the red gingham ribbon. I must copy that on Sunday night. I don't cook, but I am responsible for setting the table and the chef expects as much detail in the setting as he puts into the food.ReplyDelete
Thanks for the fun eye candy.
That coffee photo is animated!!!!ReplyDelete
It's morning and that got me a little excited. Awesome pictured, every one.
oh my gosh, love the dog poster!!!ReplyDelete
It's lovely to come here. You really make me slow and think, be grateful, try harder. Thank you xxxReplyDelete
